ExcellentBased on 1436 reviewsVasco CageThe whole experience was amazing smooth. The delivery to my house was also dome very well, no damage to the parts at all. 100% would recommend, a great experience buying computers.Tanmoy SarkarKnowledgeable people, got my build done here and it's solid. Prices seemed reasonable. After sales seemed good as I could reach out to them when faced an issue and they did put efforts to solve it. Only 2 complaints I have: 1: on the pc building side, they are not very careful with the components and misplace things frequently, I'll recommend anybody to inspect carefully when it's time for building. In my case they misplaced AIO mounting bolts and used too much thermal paste on the processor. 2: they don't have enough space in the store to accommodate their regular crowd of customers, very small store.nikhil singhGreat experience buying a high end PC desktop from them. They are totally transparent on costing and give a reasonable price. As per your budget they suggest you best PC.Aloysius RajaI had a good purchase experience. The staff is friendly enough to answer the questions, and they provided same-day delivery within city limits. will consider for future purchases.Ashwath RaveeExcellent service. Very responsive seller who promptly responded to my messages and shipped the product very quickly. Would recommend.IndianGood place for high end infotechM S ARULBought a 14700k based build from them. Price is kind of cheapest among the stores. In pcpartpicker, you could see few components in low price on other stores, but if we want to buy all the components in a single place, I guess this might be the cheapest. Considering the price, huge number of customers visiting the shop is not a surprise. Price wise, this is the best. Based on discussion with them, they could assist you with RMA as well, so that's also awesome. Shop is really small and congested. With the lot of people visiting, you'll feel like you're in a cheap / value for money local dress shop. PC assembly is really bad. They're outsourcing the PC assembly to another service centre and the service centre guys treat the costly PC components like cheap toys. I was afraid when the guy fitted the processor just like that without any care. They didn't even take the fallen screw out of cabinet. After reaching home, when I checked the cabinet, I found out there is a unfitted screw rolling inside the cabinet. I was able to take that out after making the screw roll to the corner of the cabinet. This is such a silly mistake, even newbie doesn't do that. But these assembly guys did it. What can be done if that screw short circuits any of the PC components. Hopefully there's no other unfitted screw inside the cabinet other than the one I took out. After applying the thermal paste and fitting the AIO to the processor, guy assembling the PC understood the AIO position is wrong, so he unfitted and tried again, position check should have been done before applying the thermal paste and fitting. Core package temperature reaches 92°C when scanning with windows defender. With cinebench, package temperature reaches 100°C. Don't think the AIO fitting was proper. I won't recommend assembling the PC here, better to do it ourself. If we can't build it's better to spend few thousands extra to build with better professionals for peace of mind. I believe there are folks who provide the video of your PC build and provide test report of the system with various benchmarks. People experience is mixed. At times felt like they're rude, other times they were helpful. Particularly, one guy (Unfortunately missed to get his name) was really helpful, he helped me take the assembled PC (even though he doesn't need to) to main road as cab was not allowed to come inside the street. Cab driver was insisting on keeping the PC in Dickey, but that guy convinced the cab driver to keep the PC in front by explaining the PC parts and glass. Really thankful to him. I'm giving one star extra just because of that guy, would have given three star otherwise due to the horrible PC assembly experience. For PC components, I would highly recommend this store. For building PC, I would highly recommend against this store.Pawan GamiMy PC buying experience with Ankit infotech was good, but couple of point you need to consider before going to buy a high end PC. 1. Although the components are under warranty period, but getting individual components serviced is a difficult task. In my case I had purchased a deepcool AIO, and within 3 months it's radiator fans started making noise, when run beyond 80% speed. When I called them they said, I need to uninstall the AIO cooler my self and bring it to shop, which is approx 25km from my location. They will send it for servicing. Otherwise the service person will charge Rs. 1000-2000 for home visit. This is a difficult scenario for me and also my PC will be stopped until the cooler gets serviced. They should improve on providing after-sales service. 2. They will charge extra if you are paying using credit card. So if the cost of PC is in lacs, then make sure that you have other payment options ready. The team is kind enough to help with this.Suyog Anil AwaleGreat service, on time delivery and well experienced staff
